At Coach BenJ Performance, we strive to provide high-quality training programs and resources. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary.

Digital Programs & Online Coaching

• Due to the digital nature of our programs, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
• If you experience technical issues accessing the program, please contact us at benj@coachbenjperformance.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Subscription Services

• If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for past payments.

Exceptional Circumstances

• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons). Please email benj@coachbenjperformance.com to discuss your situation.
